7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after 7 days cannot be processed.
Return Conditions
Items Must Be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Complete - All parts, hardware, and accessories included
- Clean - Free from dust, stains, or debris
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Important Exceptions
Custom & Special Orders
Custom orders, special orders, or items made-to-order are non-refundable.
Damage Claims
If your furniture arrives damaged, report within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
